Belinda is a PhD Candidate with the Centre for Policing, Intelligence and Counter Terrorism (PICT) in Sydney, Australia. Her research interests focus on international relations and security issues, in particular armed conflict, military intervention and the rules governing the international use of force. She also studies armed conflict with regard to failed states, rogue states and state-sponsored terrorism. Belinda is a Guest Lecturer with Macquarie International's Global Leadership Program and teaches in the areas of terrorism, counter terrorism and intelligence. She has also taught at postgraduate level in international relations at Macquarie University, Sydney, and is currently employed as a Research Assistant with PICT. Belinda is bilingual and fluent in both German and English.
